The Vircell Standard Extraction Kits provide an automated, ready-to-use solution for the isolation and purification of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) from human samples. Based on magnetic bead technology, they ensure high-quality results, full traceability, and minimal hands-on time.

Key features:

  • Automated extraction with standardized, reproducible performance.
  • Validated for multiple specimen types including respiratory swabs, nasopharyngeal/oropharyngeal samples, endocervical, vaginal, urethral, rectal and perianal swabs or exudates, urine, genital ulcer samples, stool, sputum, plasma, serum and more.
  • Prefilled reagents in plate (SE001) and tube (SE002) formats.
  • CE-IVDR certified for in vitro diagnostic use.
  • The purified DNA/RNA is ready for downstream amplification assays.

STANDARD EXTRACTION TUBE

CE IVDR
Nucleic Acid Extraction kit to isolate and purify nucleic acids from human biological specimens based on nanomagnetic bead technology. The purified DNA/RNA is suitable for downstream PCR applications. The pack size is 8 x 12 strips of 6 wells, and strip of the VIRCELL STANDARD EXTRACTION TUBE is used to test a single sample.
