Real-time PCR multiplex kit for the detection of nucleic acids from Salmonella spp., Yersinia enterocolitica, Campylobacter coli/jejuni, Campylobacter spp., Vibrio spp., Aeromonas spp., Clostridioides difficile toxin B, enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli, enteroinvasive Escherichia coli and Shigella spp. in human stool samples.

• Simple extraction process using included swabs and sample dilution tubes to avoid PCR inhibitors.
