Customer Service is one of the basic pillars upon which our business idea is based. For this reason, we have a department offering technical and scientific support to our customers. The main task of this department is to solve all technical problems that may arise in the daily work at the laboratories that use our products. A highly qualified and experience team will be able to solve on line and very shortly any questions related to the application of the techniques and the use of our products.
Vircell also has a program aimed at offering training courses on the applications of Cell Culture to be taken at our local distributor’s facilities. These courses are both theoretical and practical, and are completely adapted to our customer’s needs. This way, our final customers can work on their own getting the best results.
